Ingredients
  

  • For Marination 2 palmful piece of salmon fish
  • 2 teaspoon mustard sauce
  • 2 teaspoon mustard chilli oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill leaves
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoon peppers powder
  • Salt
  • For Filling 1/2 cup soaked and grind soya chunks
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1/1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup mix vegetable like coloured bell pepper,zucchini
  • 2 teaspoon fresh coriender chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dry ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon allspice powder
  • 2 teaspoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon chat masala
  • Salt
  • For Coating 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 cup bread crum

Instructions
 

  • First off all cut fish in two pieces now take a large mixing bowl add mustard sauce,chilli oil,ginger garlic paste,dill leaves,pepprica powder,chilli flakes,lemon juice and salt and now add fish pieces in it and mix well.
  • Now keep aside it atleast 45 min to marinate. In other side heat oil in pan add chopped garlic after few seconds add grind soya chunks,vegetables and add one by one all masala in it.finish it with fresh coriender leaves and ginger powder.
  • Keep aside it also cool, take egg in other bowl add salt and pepper in it and mix well.
  • Heat oil in frying pan take one by one marinate fish piece place spoonful filling over it and press it,now dip in egg mixture first and secondly coated with crum and fry it till light brown in colour.
  • Serve it hot with red ketchup and green mint chutney to more taste.

Notes

With my personal experience that my son does’t like to eat fish but when I make it he eat it with love and he want more.
