Egg Poached

Ingredients
- Eggs 4
- Vinegar 1 tsp
- Seasoning with salt and black pepper
- Boiling water 2 glasses
Instructions
- Boil 2 glasses of water.
- Add 1 tsp Vinegar.
- Break the egg shell.
- Pour into the boiling water.
- Close the lid for a few seconds.
- Take out the poach and strain the excess water from egg.
- Keep in a service plate.
- Can be served with bread sliced.
- Sprinkle with seasoning.
