Mint Aloo

Ingredients
- 20 nos baby potatoes boiled and peeled
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 4 green chilies
- 5 garlic pods
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 tbsp tamarind juice
- Salt
Instructions
- Take mint leaves, green chilies, garlic pods, salt, sugar and tamarind juice in grinder jar. Grind it into fine paste.
- Take potatoes in mixing bowl. Add 5 tablespoon prepared mint chutney in it n mix really well.
