Mint Aloo is a super easy Side Dish where boiled Potatoes are cooked with Spices and fresh Mint!.

  • 20 nos baby potatoes boiled and peeled
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 4 green chilies
  • 5 garlic pods
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 tbsp tamarind juice
  • Salt


  • Take mint leaves, green chilies, garlic pods, salt, sugar and tamarind juice in grinder jar. Grind it into fine paste.
  • Take potatoes in mixing bowl. Add 5 tablespoon prepared mint chutney in it n mix really well.


U can add also fry boiled potatoes for crispness.
