Recipe Notes

With my personal experience that my son does’t like to eat fish but when I make it he eat it with love and he want more.

Additional Tips

  • For an extra layer of texture, sprinkle a thin layer of crushed roasted soya chunks or panko breadcrumbs on top of the marinated fish mixture before toasting, ensuring maximum crunchiness.
  • If you prefer a milder flavor, substitute half of the mustard sauce with Greek yogurt or sour cream—this will soften the pungency while still keeping the toast moist and flavorful.
  • Prep the marinated fish mixture a few hours ahead and let it rest in the refrigerator to allow the mustard, dill, and lemon flavors to deeply infuse the fish and soya, resulting in a more harmonious taste.
  • For a striking presentation, garnish each toast with a few fresh dill leaves and a thin slice of pickled chili or radish to highlight the tangy and spicy notes of the dish.
