In the mango season we find so many mango cuisine. Once I went to 24 parganas in West Bengal I ate the mango kulfi. It was delicious and also famous in the Region. So I tried the recipe with my efforts.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Mango Puree
- 1/2 ltr Full Cream or milk milk
- 1 cup Cream fresh
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- Chocolate Syrup for garnish

Instructions
- Take a saucepan add full cream milk stir continuously until reduce. It will be one cup then add sugar.
- Then add mango puree stir, it will become thick. Put off the burner and let cool. Then add whipped fresh cream and pour into the container. Keep in freezer after one bring out and stir. Keep in freezer again do three times like this.
- Finally after four hours it will ready to serve. Garnish with chocolate syrup and white roasted sesame and serve chilled.

When mangoes are flooded in the market once we can try and enjoy with our family.
