Maanga Pachdi or instant raw Mango jam/ raitha is a mixture of six tastes and consists of Jaggery, Neem flower, red chilli, Salt, turmeric and Raw Mango. It isÂ in-takenÂ first on the New year to represent the acceptance of different emotions(Happiness, Sorrow, Anger, Fear, Disgust and Surprise) in an equal manner.
This Raitha is specially made in summers for better immunity and to fight from heat and falling sick due to changing climate.
