Ingredients
  

  • 1 bowl mashed potatoes
  • 150 gms minced meat
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon all ground masala
  • Beaten egg
  • Bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup tomato puree
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • Salt
  • Oil for dip fry

Instructions
 

  • Take a frying pan add oil onion paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, salt, chilli powder, tomato puree and minced meat. Mix well and stir continuously. Cover the lid till cook.
  • Moist will dehydrated now add all ground masala and chopped coriander leaves.
  • Take a ball shaped mashed potatoes and make a well. Fill with cooked minced meat give a oval shape. Warp with beaten egg and coated with bread crumbs. Then dip fry. Again pour beaten egg and wrap. Ready to serve.

Egg should be crispy
