Ingredients
- 4 Potatoes boiled
- 1/2 cup Moraiya Khichadi: 1/2 Cup moraiya khichadi
- 3 Flour rajgira tbspn
- 2 Flour moraiya tbspn
- 2 Ginger Paste tspn
- 2 Green Chillies or paste paste tspn
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 Lemon Juice tspn
- 1 Sugar tspn
- to Oil shallow fry
- to Processed Cheese garnish

Instructions
- In a bowl, mash the potatoes and add moraiya khichadi into that and mix well. Add Rajgira flour and Moraiya flour to the mixture for binding.
- Add ginger paste, chilly paste, salt, lemon juice and sugar to it. Mix well like a dough.
- Make equals balls from the dough and tap each of them on a flat surface to prepare like small Puris (thalipiths).
- Shallow fry them both the sides till golden brown. Serve them hot, garnished with grated processed cheese.
