Ingredients
 

  • 4 Potatoes boiled
  • 1/2 cup Moraiya Khichadi: 1/2 Cup moraiya khichadi
  • 3 Flour rajgira tbspn
  • 2 Flour moraiya tbspn
  • 2 Ginger Paste tspn
  • 2 Green Chillies or paste paste tspn
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 Lemon Juice tspn
  • 1 Sugar tspn
  • to Oil shallow fry
  • to Processed Cheese garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mash the potatoes and add moraiya khichadi into that and mix well. Add Rajgira flour and Moraiya flour to the mixture for binding.
  • Add ginger paste, chilly paste, salt, lemon juice and sugar to it. Mix well like a dough.
  • Make equals balls from the dough and tap each of them on a flat surface to prepare like small Puris (thalipiths).
  • Shallow fry them both the sides till golden brown. Serve them hot, garnished with grated processed cheese.
