Ingredients
- 1 stick Cinnamon
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Pomegranate Seeds
- 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Sprite
- 1/2 Ice Cubes crushed, crushed ice
- 4 leaves Mint Leaves
- 1 tbsp Apple chopped
- 1 tbsp Pomegranate Seeds
- 1 Lemon
- 1 stick Mint Leaves for garnish
- 1 stick Cinnamon for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the pan add 1 cup of water. Add 2 tbsp sugar and 1 cinnamon stick.
- Bring it to boli and add pomegranate pearls in pan. Boil it for next 3 to 4 minutes.
- Then off the flame and leave the syrup on room temperature.Then strain the mixture.
- In a large bowl add 1/2 glass apple cider vinegar. Pomegranate cinnamon syrup. Squeeze full lemon in it.
- Add some mint leaves, chopped apple, pomegranate pearls and crushed ice .
- In last add sprite , cinnamon stick and mint leaves in bowl. Now summer super cool drink is ready to serve.

Additional Tips
- For an extra layer of flavor, rim the glasses with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar before pouring in the mocktail.
- Infuse the water with fresh mint leaves and a cinnamon stick for at least 30 minutes prior to mixing for a deeper herbal and spicy note.
- If serving at a gathering, prepare the mocktail base (excluding Sprite and ice) in advance and refrigerate, then add the bubbly Sprite and ice just before serving to maintain maximum fizz.
- For a fun presentation, freeze pomegranate pearls in ice cubes; as they melt, the pearls will slowly release into the drink, adding bursts of color and flavor over time.
