Super moist cake with pineapple flavour

Ingredients
- 1 Pineapple cut round
- 1 cup Maida
- 1 cup castor sugar
- 3 Egg
- 1 drop Essence pineapple
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 200 gm Butter
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 to 2 Cherries
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder

Instructions
- Mix the sugar with 100 gm butter well. Then add eggs 1 by 1 and beat well. Mix the essence.
- Now add sifted flour with baking powder. Mix well. Add oil.
- In a cake mould pour the brown sugar mixed with rest 100 gm butter.
- Keep round pineapple pieces on this & keep a cherry in each hole between pineapples. Pour the cake mixtures.
- In a preheated oven bake it for around 35 mins.
- Un-mould it after cooling. Serve.
