Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pineapple cut round
  • 1 cup Maida
  • 1 cup castor sugar
  • 3 Egg
  • 1 drop Essence pineapple
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 200 gm Butter
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 to 2 Cherries
  • 1 tsp Baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Mix the sugar with 100 gm butter well. Then add eggs 1 by 1 and beat well. Mix the essence.
  • Now add sifted flour with baking powder. Mix well. Add oil.
  • In a cake mould pour the brown sugar mixed with rest 100 gm butter.
  • Keep round pineapple pieces on this & keep a cherry in each hole between pineapples. Pour the cake mixtures.
  • In a preheated oven bake it for around 35 mins.
  • Un-mould it after cooling. Serve.
