Chocolate is everyone's favourite from kids to adults. An easy Chocolate Pancake recipe to make along with your kids during the holidays. It tastes more delicious with a layer of nutella spread over it.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup All purpose flour maida
  • 1/3 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp Chocolate grated
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate melted or nutella spread

  • First of all keep all the ingredients ready.

  • Take a large mixing bowl, seive together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.

  • Mix everything well.

  • Next add in milk, melted butter, egg, powdered sugar and grated chocolate.

  • Mix it well and make a smooth batter.

  • Heat a non stick pan brush it with some oil.

  • Wipe it off the excess oil with a tissue paper and make the pan smooth.

  • Take a standard measurement size i.e 1/4 cup for making even pancakes.

  • Pour the batter on the pan and let it cook on low flame till the bubbles come on top.

  • Gently flip over the other side and cook for anotjer 30-40 seconds on low flame. Once done take out on a plate.

  • Similarly prepare rest of the chocolate pancakes. Once cooled down drizzle some melted dark chocolate or nutella spread on it and Serve!
