Pancakes is northern American breakfast Recipe which is mostly contains eggs. My recipe is healthy version of pancakes which is made up of wheat flour dates and banana puree.

Instructions
- Grind banana and dates with little water and make puree consistency..
- In a big bowl drive flour add baking powder add sugar, oil, add milk lemon juice cocoa powder add dates banana puree. Mix well. If batter seems thick add little milk or water to make pouring consistency batter .
- Heat a griddle or non stick griddle. Pour 2 full tablespoons batter and butter around pancakes.it starts bubble up.
- Flip it when it turn brown in color. Make both sides brown. Now make rest all pancakes like this.
- Drizzle it with chocolate sauce or honey or maple syrup. Garnish it with chopped banana and dates. Serve hot..
Notes
Though banana and dates are sweet so adjust sugar as per your sweetness..
