  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 11/2 tbsp Coco powder
  • 2 tbsp Butter - melted
  • 3 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Soda
  • 11/2 tsp Baking powder
  • pinch Salt
  • 3-5 tbsp Butter milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • Butter - as required


  • Take a Bowl and Sieve together the whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, Sugar, baking powder and baking soda.
  • Now Add the wet ingredients to vanilla essence, melted butter, buttermilk, and salt and whisk it all together to make the batter.
  • Heat some butter on hot pan and spread the pancake batter and cook it well on both the sides.
  • Place them on a plate and drizzle some chocolate sauce and garnish with some cherries or any fruits.
