Ingredients
- flour maida-2cup
- milk-1cup
- soaked saffron kesar-4 strips
- powder sugar- 3tsp
- cardamom powder elaichi powder- 1tsp
- Salt
- ghee- 3 tsp

Instructions
- Take flour in a bowl and add salt , 3 tsp-powder sugar , 1 tsp- cardamom powder, soaked saffron(kesar)
- add 1 cup of milk and make a soft dough, rest it for 20 mins.
- make lachha paranthas and put it on the heated tawa(pan)
- add 1 tsp of ghee in the tawa. golden fry the parantha and its ready to eat.
