This paratha is specially for kids as well as those foodies who are not worried for their weight! Yes its a heavy paratha loaded with cheese.Weight conscious people can try this at their own risk!!LOL!!

  • Shredded mozzarella cheese - 1/2 cup
  • Normal wheat dough
  • Chopped onions - 1 small sized
  • Boiled potatoes - 1 small sized
  • Salt
  • Green chilies - 2 or 3 optional
  • Red chili powder - as per taste


  • Take the kneaded dough and make a ball of it. Then take chopped onions,boiled potatoes mash them and add salt,green chilies,red chili powder and mozzarella cheese in it.Mix it properly.

  • Then take the ball roll it put the stuffing in it. Now fold it and dusk it with little flour. Roll it and spread it like we make parantha.
  • Now apply some oil and flip it till it turns little crispy. Your cheese parantha is ready. Enjoy it with butter or curd.
