Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
- Wheat Dough (normal)
- 1 Onions (chopped sized)
- 1 Potatoes (boiled sized)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 2 Green Chillies (optional or)
- Red Chili Powder (as per taste)

Instructions
- Take the kneaded dough and make a ball of it. Then take chopped onions,boiled potatoes mash them and add salt,green chilies,red chili powder and mozzarella cheese in it.Mix it properly.
- Then take the ball roll it put the stuffing in it. Now fold it and dusk it with little flour. Roll it and spread it like we make parantha.
- Now apply some oil and flip it till it turns little crispy. Your cheese parantha is ready. Enjoy it with butter or curd.
