Additional Tips
- For extra crunch and flavor, try adding a thin layer of pickled onions or tangy green chutney inside the burger before assembling—it enhances the tangy and spicy profile of the dish.
- If you want a vegan version, simply swap the paratha dough with a dairy-free recipe and use vegan butter or oil for cooking; the rajma and vegetable patty is naturally vegan-friendly.
- To prevent the paratha from becoming soggy, allow the cooked patty to cool for a minute before placing it inside and consider a light spread of yogurt or raita as a barrier layer for moisture control.
- For a street-food style presentation, serve the paratha burger wrapped in parchment paper with a side of spiced potato wedges and a squeeze of fresh lime on top just before serving.
