  • flour maida-2cup
  • milk-1cup
  • soaked saffron kesar-4 strips
  • powder sugar- 3tsp
  • cardamom powder elaichi powder- 1tsp
  • Salt
  • ghee- 3 tsp


  • Take flour in a bowl and add salt , 3 tsp-powder sugar , 1 tsp- cardamom powder, soaked saffron(kesar)
  • add 1 cup of milk and make a soft dough, rest it for 20 mins.
  • make lachha paranthas and put it on the heated tawa(pan)
  • add 1 tsp of ghee in the tawa. golden fry the parantha and its ready to eat.
