  • Sandwich bread 4 slices
  • 1 medium carrot grated
  • 1 to mato finely chopped
  • 1 cucumber finely chopped - remove the seeds and chop
  • 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
  • Few lettuce leaves - optional
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Sandwich spread - i used Fun N Foods cucumber carrot flavour
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  • Salt to taste


  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except the bread slices.
  • Cut the sides of the bread, spread the mixture on one side of the bread cover it with the other slice. Repeat the same process for making rest of the sandwiches. Serve with chips and fresh fruits.
