Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm Chicken boneless
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour maida
  • Pepper to taste
  • Black salt or use normal salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon Onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 Egg
  • Milk as required
  • Oil for deep frying
  • 1 cup Cornflakes crushed or as required

Instructions
 

  • Take the chicken and cut into small cubes.
  • Break the egg and add some milk and whisk nicely. Add little salt to taste.
  • Add the chicken to it. The liquid mixture must fully cover the chicken so add milk accordingly. You can marinate and keep for sometime.
  • In a separate bowl add the flour, salt, pepper and the chilly powder, onion powder, garlic powder and mix well. Set aside.
  • In a bowl crush the Cornflakes and set aside.
  • Now heat oil in a pan. Take chicken one by one from the flour mixture, dip it in the egg milk mixture, coat it in the crushed cornflakes( for making it easier and less messy I make ready all the chicken and then start frying it)
  • In the hot oil drop the chicken and deep fry till golden and crispy approximately 10-12 on medium heat.
  • Take out in paper towel, serve with any dipping or sauce of your choice or sprinkle some chat masala and serve.
