This Mango Waffle is a very healthy breakfast recipe for all. Different way to consume Mango.

Ingredients
- Wheat flour - 100 gm
- Refined flour Maida - 50 gm
- Almond flour /powder - 50 gm
- Mango puree 400 gm
- Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
- Butter for grease the machine
- Fresh Mango chopped - 3 tbs
- Mango - coconut whipped whipped cream
- Coconut milk 200 ml
- Mango and coconut fluid gel shape for Garnish optional

Instructions
- In a bowl sieve together wheat flour, refined flour, almonds powder, baking powder and mix it well.
- Add the mango puree little at a time and whisk the mixture to avoid lumps, use all puree and make a batter. ( batter should not be thick or thin it should be of medium consistency)
- Grease the waffle machine with butter and pour the mixture on waffle plate and cover it.
- Cook mango waffles till it be golden brown in the color.
- Pour equal mango puree and coconut milk into the whipp cream charger and charge it. Let it be cool in refrigerator for 15 minutes
- Serve hot Mango Waffle with chopped free mango chunks and coconut - Mango whipped cream. Or one can serve with milk also.
