Mango Waffle

This Mango Waffle is a very healthy breakfast recipe for all. Different way to consume Mango.

  • Wheat flour - 100 gm
  • Refined flour Maida - 50 gm
  • Almond flour /powder - 50 gm
  • Mango puree 400 gm
  • Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Butter for grease the machine
  • Fresh Mango chopped - 3 tbs
  • Mango - coconut whipped whipped cream
  • Coconut milk 200 ml
  • Mango and coconut fluid gel shape for Garnish optional


  • In a bowl sieve together wheat flour, refined flour, almonds powder, baking powder and mix it well.
  • Add the mango puree little at a time and whisk the mixture to avoid lumps, use all puree and make a batter. ( batter should not be thick or thin it should be of medium consistency)
  • Grease the waffle machine with butter and pour the mixture on waffle plate and cover it.
  • Cook mango waffles till it be golden brown in the color.
  • Pour equal mango puree and coconut milk into the whipp cream charger and charge it. Let it be cool in refrigerator for 15 minutes
  • Serve hot Mango Waffle with chopped free mango chunks and coconut - Mango whipped cream. Or one can serve with milk also.
