Ingredients
 

  • slice Carrot fine
  • slice Mango
  • slice Capsicum
  • 1/4 cup Green Peas par boiled
  • 1/2 cup Mango or sauce sauce
  • slice Onion
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
 

  • First to make the mango sauce
  • Make a paste with a cup of raw mango, bunch of coriander leaves, 2 green chillies, roasted cumin powder, black salt, regular salt, 1/2 inches ginger and pinch of sugar.

  • Now take a serving plate arrange the layer of fine slices of vegetables. Mango, carrot, onions, capsicum and green peas. Garnish with mango sauce and serve.
