Vegetarian Salad With Raw Mango

Salad made by raw vegetables, so it should always use immediately. Otherwise it may cause disease which is harmful. We should also try to make thin slices, it can easily chew and digest.

Ingredients
- Fine slices of carrot
- Mango slices
- Capsicum slices
- 1/4 cup par boiled green peas
- 1/2 cup mango sauce
- Onion slices
- Salt

Instructions
- First to make the mango sauce
- Make a paste with a cup of raw mango, bunch of coriander leaves, 2 green chillies, roasted cumin powder, black salt, regular salt, 1/2 inches ginger and pinch of sugar.
- Now take a serving plate arrange the layer of fine slices of vegetables. Mango, carrot, onions, capsicum and green peas. Garnish with mango sauce and serve.
Notes
Don’t keep the salad for long time. It may be harmful. We should make that much what we can finish.
