Fruits Salad With Raw Mango

Salad is an important part of meal. It is a good habit from childhood. Different types of salad can be served. Sometimes raw, par boiled and cooked. Instead of. Lemon juice here I used raw mango .

Ingredients
- 2 tsp grated raw mango
- 1 guava
- 1 orange
- 200 gm grapes
- 1 carrot finely chopped
- 5-6 piece papaya
- 5-6 piece pineapple
- 5-6 piece melon

Instructions
- Chopped carrot and guava. Separate orange and grapes. Grated raw mango and dip in water so it will look stiff.
- Arrange all the ingredients with each separate layer. Sprinkle with grated raw mango. If anybody wants to add black pepper and salt they can.
Notes
If we season before it will start moist. So the beauty will go off. Keep salt, black pepper and others aside. Your guests will assorted according to their taste.
