We can use as much as vegetables and this can be cooked without any extra oil. We can sprinkle butter/ coconut oil/sesame oil/olive oil. It depends on man to man. If we don't want any of these so we should avoid. It is very easy to make without any efforts. It is better to par boil the hard veggies.

- 4 capsicum
- 8 Paneer cubes
- 4 mushroom
- 8 Cauliflower
- 1/2 cup curd
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tbsp tandoori masala
- 1/2 kebab masala
- 1/2 red chilli powder
- Sweet potato
- Few beans
- Mixed herbs
- Salt to taste

- Take a mixing bowl add curd. Beat the curd, add salt, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, tandoori masala, mixed herbs and kebab masala.
- Mix all together then add paneer cubes, mushroom, cauliflower and capsicum. Marinate the vegetables and keep aside.
- Poke the marinated vegetables and keep on the preheated tawa. Also fry sweet potato and beans. Turn all sides to bake evenly.
- Then remove seekh serve hot on a serving plate.
