Ingredients
- Semi ripened Raw Mango 1 with mild sourness
- Jaggery Powdered 200 gms
- Green chilli slitted 1 & Red chillies 2
- Mustard seed ½ tea spoon
- Neem flowers 2 tea spoons
- Ghee 4 tea spoons

- Peel off the skin of the Mango and cut it in to thin pieces.Boil them in 2 cups of water till they become soft and cooked well.
- Add the slitted green chilli and ¼ tea spoon of salt to it.Now dissolve the jagerry in half cup of water and filter it to remove the dirts.
- Pour the jagerry extract to the boiling mango.Allow it to boil till the raw smell goes and it becomes like a thick jelly gravy.
- Heat a sautéing pan with a teaspoon of ghee and do the seasoning with mustard seeds and red chillies.
- Then fry the neem flowers to golden brown in 3 tea spoons of ghee and garnish the Pachadi
