This is a authentic bengali recipe which is combination of different vegetables added with pumpkin leaves and stems. This recipe is polar and goes with Khichdi and bhog Prasad.

Ingredients
- 250 gm Pumpkin (and stems)
- 100 gm Pumpkin
- 100 gm Potato
- 100 gm Brinjal
- 50 gm Beans (black eye)
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Panchphoron
- 2 tsp Five Spices Masala
- 1 tsp asafoetida
- Tomato (chopped)
- 2 tsp Ginger Paste
- 2 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- Green Chillies
- Whole Red Chilli (or tempering for tempering)

Instructions
- Wash and clean the pumpkin leaves and stems. Cut them in equal sizes. Cut other green vegetables in equal sizes.
- Take a pan put oil, after heating add panchphoron and whole red chilli. Then add all green vegetables, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, five spices and salt. Mix all together and cover and cook for 10 minutes.
- Take another pan for tempering put oil, hing, whole red chilli, green chillies panchphoron, chopped tomatoes and ginger paste. Stir fry then pour into the cooked chachhari. Again cover for a few seconds then serve with rice or Khichdi.
