A very healthy Chinese dish that has been highly popular in India with some Indianised variations as well.

Ingredients
- 1 pack atta noodles
- ½ cup shredded cabbage
- ½ small onion thinly sliced
- ½ cup shredded vegetables like Simla mirch and carrot Sa
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon each of 1. Dark Soya sauce 2. Red chilli sauce 3. Green chilli sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon spring onions to garnish

Instructions
- Boil the noodles with salt and black pepper in 4 cups of water for 10 minutes. Drain and wash with ice cold water. Keep aside. In a pan heat the oil.
- Add garlic and all vegetables. Stir fry on high flame for 1-2 minutes only. Add all sauces. Add the noodles and stir fry for 2 minutes. Serve hot.
