  • 1 pack Noodles or atta atta
  • 1/2 cup Cabbage shredded
  • 1/2 Onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Vegetables or mirch, or carrot shredded like simla mirch and carrot sa
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Sauce or soya, or sauce, or chilli, or sauce each dark soya sauce green chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Spring Onions garnish


  • Boil the noodles with salt and black pepper in 4 cups of water for 10 minutes. Drain and wash with ice cold water. Keep aside. In a pan heat the oil.
  • Add garlic and all vegetables. Stir fry on high flame for 1-2 minutes only. Add all sauces. Add the noodles and stir fry for 2 minutes. Serve hot.
