A favourite among all age groups, Anda Bread Bites are truly a winner on every front. I've given this classic a delightful twist by cutting the bread and eggs into bite-sized squares—making them not only irresistibly cute but also bursting with flavour in every mouthful.
This super easy snack is perfect for busy days, as it comes together quickly with just a handful of simple ingredients. Kids will absolutely love these as an after-school treat, while adults are sure to devour them in no time at all. Ideal for breakfast, brunch, or snack time, these bites bring a fusion of taste and fun to your table.

Ingredients
- 14 slice Bread
- 4 Eggs
- 1 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 tsp Chili Powder red
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder haldi
- 1 tsp Garlic mince
- 1 leaf Coriander dhania, chopped
- 1 tbsp Fenugreek Leaves kasuri methi
Instructions
- Beat the eggs well until frothy. Add all the ingredients to it. Mix well and set aside.
- Cut the bread slices into four pieces. Heat oil on medium high heat. There is absolutely no need to trim the edges.
- Dip the bread squares into this egg mix and deep fry until golden on both the sides.
- Serve them piping hot with ketchup.
