Continuation of lockdown I am showing one more recipe. Bring out your green veggies and cook them.
Then you have to knead a dough with flour. If you want to make it more soft then you can add either curd or egg. Those who are egg lover can use egg otherwise you can discard.

Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tbsp Curd or egg egg or
- 1 cup Veggies chopped
- 2 tbsp Soya Granules soaked
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Garlic chopped
- Oil
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- Make a smooth dough of flour with adding egg or curd. Then keep aside.
- Take a pan heat 1 tbsp oil add chopped garlic and stir fry. Put soaked soya granules stir continuously.
- Now add chopped green veggies salt and garam masala. Cook for 5 minutes with covering the lid. After then it will be ready to fill.
- Divide the dough into equal parts then fill the cooked veggies. Fold and shallow fry and see the softness.
