Ingredients
- Soya Chunks-1 cup
- Maida-1/2 cup
- Corn Flour-3 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder-1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala-1/2 tsp
- Ginger-Garlic Paste-1/2 tsp
- Green Chilli-1
- Curry Leaves-1 sprig
- Salt
- Oil-to deep fry

Instructions
- Make a thick batter with maida,corn flour,salt,half of garam masala,half of red chilli powder and half of ginger-garlic paste.
- Boil soya chunks in water.Strain and cool it for later use.
- Immerse these soya chunks in the batter,coat them, well and deep fry in hot oil.
- In a pan add oil,green chilli,rest of the ginger-garlic paste.red chilli powder,garam masala,salt followed by curd.
- Saute till it dries up.Add fried soya chunks now.
- Mix well and toss so that the masala gets evenly coated on the soya chunks.
- Soya 65 is ready .Serve with tomato ketchup.
