  • Soya Chunks-1 cup
  • Maida-1/2 cup
  • Corn Flour-3 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder-1/2 tsp
  • Garam Masala-1/2 tsp
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste-1/2 tsp
  • Green Chilli-1
  • Curry Leaves-1 sprig
  • Salt
  • Oil-to deep fry


  • Make a thick batter with maida,corn flour,salt,half of garam masala,half of red chilli powder and half of ginger-garlic paste.
  • Boil soya chunks in water.Strain and cool it for later use.
  • Immerse these soya chunks in the batter,coat them, well and deep fry in hot oil.
  • In a pan add oil,green chilli,rest of the ginger-garlic chilli powder,garam masala,salt followed by curd.
  • Saute till it dries up.Add fried soya chunks now.
  • Mix well and toss so that the masala gets evenly coated on the soya chunks.
  • Soya 65 is ready .Serve with tomato ketchup.
