This Boondi Cheese cake takes the laddoo to a different level. This is a No Bake Cheesecake and gets ready really quickly.

Ingredients
- Cream cheese 200 grms
- Hung curd 100 grms
- Sugar 1/4 cup
- Digestive biscuits 15 to 20
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Boondi laddoo 8 to 10
- Pistachio silvers 2 tbsp
- Few rose buds for garnish

Instructions
- First create a base -Grind the biscuits along with butter & spread them in a spring pan NJ the bottom
- Take the cream cheese, hung curd, cardamom pwdr&sugar and whisk well it all incorporated
- Spread half the cream cheese batter over the biscuit base
- Crumble the Boondi laddoo over the cheesecake batter and spread the remaining batter over theboondis
- Sprinkle some pistachio silvers and garnish with Boondi laddoo and some rose buds
- Refrigerate the chresecake for a minimum of 2 hrs
- Serve cold
Notes
-Use can use cottage cheese too
-Use sugar as per your taste as Boondi laddoo are quiet sweet too
-Slice the cheese cake with a warm knife for smooth slices
