Ingredients
- 1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/4 Cup Ragi Flour
- 1/2 Cup Butter unsalted at room temperature
- 1/4 Cup Chocolate Powder
- 1/2 Cup Jagerry
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt or as per taste
- Colorful Bolls for sprinkles colorful bolls

Instructions
- Mix Wholewheat Flour, Ragi flour, Chocolate powder , Baking Soda and salt in a bowl.
- Sift the above mixture and keep aside.
- Now mix Jaggery and butter cubes to this mixture.You should mix Butter cubes and Jaggery very nicely to the entire mix , mixing with your hands to form sand granules like texture.
- At this point add Vanilla essence and milk and form dough. Dough should be soft but not sticky.
- Wrap this dough in the silver foil and refrigerate for 30 mins.
- Preheat oven at 180 degree for 15 min.Line the baking tray with silver foil.Take dough from refrigerator, make small cookies with your hands or roll with rolling pin and use cookie cutter to cut cookies.Sprinkle cookies with the color bolls.
- Bake the cookies for 25-30 mins and then keep for cooling on the wire rack.
- After cooling you can serve these yummy cookies with a tall glass of milk, or a cup of tea/coffee.
Recipe Notes
Once cooled , store in an air tight, clean container, in a cool place away from direct sunlight. These cookies remain good for 5-7 days and can be sent as a snack in kids dabba.
We have used unsalted butter, if you have salted butter, avoid putting salt in the recipe.
