Weightloss – Strawberry Salad
Salads are good and important for people who want to diet but will you always go for same boring ingredients like cucumber, onion and tomatoes are story of past. Now its time to do something different and play with color, ingredients and bring in variety. If you are planning to go on Diet and yet have healthy options which are tasty too. Try this salad. Healthy need not be tasteless and boring, it can be made interesting like this salad.
- 10 pieces strawberry
- 1 handful pomegranate seeds
- 1 handful grapes green seedless
- 4-5 basil leaves
- 1 bunch parsley
- 5-6 sprig coriander
- 2 slice apple chopped into small cubes
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- Salt as per taste
- 5- 6 peppercorn crushed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Mix all the fruits and green leaves together.
- Mix salt, lime juice, olive oil and crushed peppercorn
- Add this to the fruits mixture.
- Let it sit for 30 mins and serve cold.
