Muffin
I made these muffin with more veggies, cheese, millet flour, olive oil and egg. Without egg also muffin can be made. Bake at 170 degree for 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 bowl mixed green veggies
- 1 tbsp Ginger paste
- 2 tbsp millet flour
- 2 tbsp sweet corn
- 2 egg
- 2 tbsp cheese
- 2 tbsp guava juice
- 1 tbsp olive
- 1 tbsp minced herbs
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Salt

Instructions
- Saute the green veggies with little olive oil and salt.
- Add millet flour, sweet corn, black pepper and mixed herbs. Give a oil brush muffin mould fill the cooked veggies.
- Beat the eggs with guava juice then pour into the veggies. Bake the muffins on preheated oven for 20 minutes at 170 degree Celsius.
- After 20 minutes remove the muffins and serve. It can be served as a snack or can be packed for tiffin box.
