Ingredients
- Roasted vermicelli - 1 small cup
- Ghee - 3 tbsp
- Milk - 2 cups
- Crushed almonds - 8-10
- Sugar - 5 tsp
- Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
- Few strands of saffron soaked in milk

Instructions
- Heat ghee in a saucepan and add the crushed almonds. After 1-2 minutes, add the vermicelli and fry till light brown.
- Now add 1 cup milk and cook the vermicelli till it becomes soft.
- Now add the second cup of milk and simmer on low flame for 10-15 minutes. It will become creamy.
- Add the sugar, cardamom powder and saffron. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve chilled.
