Soak rajma overnight. Next day pressure cook it for 4 whistle. Then drain the water out. Grind it into smooth paste an pour the mixture in the bowl
In a hot water add the soya chunks dip it completely . Then squeeze out completely then grind it.
In a bowl add the rajma mixture,add the grinded soya chunks to it. Add salt, green chillies, coriander leaves,garam masala pd,chat masala pd, ginger garlic paste,besan(slightly dry roast the besan),jeera pd an chopped onion an mix well
Then make a shape of kababs an deep fry it
In place of rajma you can use channa, if you don’t want to use soya chunks in place of soya chunks you can use boiled potatoes
