Soya Chunks-1 cup
Maida-1/2 cup
Corn Flour-3 tsp
Red Chilli Powder-1/2 tsp
Garam Masala-1/2 tsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste-1/2 tsp
Green Chilli-1
Curry Leaves-1 sprig
Salt
Oil-to deep fry
Instructions
Make a thick batter with maida,corn flour,salt,half of garam masala,half of red chilli powder and half of ginger-garlic paste.
Boil soya chunks in water.Strain and cool it for later use.
Immerse these soya chunks in the batter,coat them, well and deep fry in hot oil.
In a pan add oil,green chilli,rest of the ginger-garlic paste.red chilli powder,garam masala,salt followed by curd.
Saute till it dries up.Add fried soya chunks now.
Mix well and toss so that the masala gets evenly coated on the soya chunks.
Soya 65 is ready .Serve with tomato ketchup.
