Soya Nuggets Ke Kababs

In this recipe I used soya chunks ,in place of potatoes which is good in proteins.

  • 8to10 soya chunks
  • Salt
  • Oil for frying
  • Few chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala pd
  • 1 teaspoon chat masala pd
  • 1 tablespoon Bengal gram flour
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • 2 slice bread


  • Boil water add the soya chunks, then squeeze out the water completely an grind it.
  • Then add salt, garam masala pd,chat masala pd, green chillies, coriander leaves,mix well.Soak bread in water an squeeze out the water completely,then add it to the mixture ,
  • Then add the Bengal gram flour an mix well then give a shape of kababs an deep fry it


In this recipe if you want you can use panneer, potatoes
