In this recipe I used soya chunks ,in place of potatoes which is good in proteins.

Ingredients
- 8to10 soya chunks
- Salt
- Oil for frying
- Few chopped coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon garam masala pd
- 1 teaspoon chat masala pd
- 1 tablespoon Bengal gram flour
- 2 green chillies chopped
- 2 slice bread

Instructions
- Boil water add the soya chunks, then squeeze out the water completely an grind it.
- Then add salt, garam masala pd,chat masala pd, green chillies, coriander leaves,mix well.Soak bread in water an squeeze out the water completely,then add it to the mixture ,
- Then add the Bengal gram flour an mix well then give a shape of kababs an deep fry it
Notes
In this recipe if you want you can use panneer, potatoes
