Simple Soya Aloo

Dill (soya) leaves are good source of fibre. It has calcium and manganese and iron which is good for healthy bones. It is easy to cook no need to add any extra spices because it has its own aroma.

Ingredients
- 150 gm dill soya leaves
- 100 gm potatoes
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp oil for cooking
- Whole red chilli
- Salt

Instructions
- Take a pan heat oil add whole red chilli and cumin seeds.
- Saute then add chopped soya leaves, turmeric powder, salt and coriander powder. Stir continuously then add boiled potatoes.
- Mix and cook for a few minutes. Ready to serve with chapati/ paratha or what ever you like.
