Jujube which is know as ber in India, has good medicinal property. In this Jujube drink I have add ginger and cinnamon also which makes it healthy drink to improve digestion, Immune system, and relive thirst in summer.
Jujube (dry) - 100gms
Ginger - 1 inch cut
Cinnamon stick - 1
Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Ice cube 7-8
Boil water in a sauce pan. Add dry jujube, ginger pieces and cinnamon stick in it. Boil until it remains 200ml
Strain boiled mixture through a sieve by mashing.
Add sugar and one small ginger piece to strained liquid.
Blend the liquid for one minute. And strain again.
Jujube thunder is ready to serve.
