Raddish flat bread is called mooli ka Paratha. This is an Indian winter recipe. Raddish is seasonal vegetable, people should eat raw tender raddish as a salad. It is very good for liver function and kidney function. It helps in weight loss, good for piles, urinary disorders and gives relief from jaundice. If you are planning to make Paratha, first you have to grate then sprinkle with little salt and keep aside. After 10 minutes squeeze and strain the water. Don't throw the water it can be reused in cooking dal or making chapati dough. Now mix with wheat flour and other ingredients, you will get a smooth soft dough. You can see the picture how soft it is.

  • Take a mixing bowl add raw grated squeezed raddish, whole wheat flour, flaxseed powder, onion seeds, chopped green chilli, chopped coriander, pickle oil, and salt.
  • Mix well and make smooth dough. Spread with a rolling pin.
  • Make paratha with oil. It will be a soft paratha. Serve with pickle. You can see how soft it is.

If you don’t squeeze the grated raddish you will have difficulty to make the dough.
