- 1/4 tsp Salt black

Instructions

- Add the juice to a large jar; add sugar syrup, lemon juice, black salt, black pepper and jeera powder. Stir well.
- Add ice cubes to four medium glasses. Pour the juice to the glasses so that it is about 2/3 full
- Top it up with soda water. Garnish with chopped grapes and pomegranate pearls. Serve chilled
Recipe Notes
You can do away with the soda water and enjoy it as it is
You can top it up with some fizzy lemony drink like sprite instead of soda
Additional Tips
- For an extra layer of flavor, muddle a few fresh mint leaves with the grapes and pomegranate before juicing; this will infuse the drink with a cooling herbal note that pairs beautifully with the spices.
- Chill your serving glasses in the freezer for at least 20 minutes before pouring in the drink—this helps maintain the vibrant color and keeps the beverage refreshingly cold without dilution from ice.
- If you prefer a smoother texture, strain the blended fruit mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove pulp, resulting in a clear, elegant presentation.
- For a sparkling twist, top off each glass with a splash of chilled club soda or sparkling water just before serving to add effervescence and enhance the drink’s tangy, spiced profile.
