Raddish is good for weight loss. It helps to get cure from jaundice and also very effective for liver function. Making raddish paratha sometimes we have to struggle with the dough. That's how I am showing the trick.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium sized raddish
  • 1 cup wheat flour atta
  • 1 teaspoon onion seeds
  • Chopped green chillies
  • Chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • Oil for dough and shallow fry
  • Salt

  • Grate the raddish and squeeze the excess water.

  • Add whole wheat flour (atta).

  • Add oil then make the dough with adding all these ingredients.

  • Dough is ready to spread.

  • Spread with rolling pin and bake on a griddle with little oil.
