Simple Thandai
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Almonds
- 1/3 cup Pistachios
- 3 tbsp Poppy seeds
- 3 tbsp Melon seeds
- 1/3 cup Cashews
- 1 tbsp Black pepper
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp Fennel seeds
- 4 Cardamom
- 1 liter Milk
- 1 pinch Saffron

Instructions
- Boiled 1 liter milk and reduced it to half. Add kesar/saffron to it.
- In a mixer grinder make thandai mixture with almonds, pistachios, cashews, poppy seeds, melon seeds, black pepper, fennel seeds, cardamom
- Now add the mixture in the milk
- Boil it for 5 more minutes and then let it cool. Keep this in fridge and serve cold or with ice cubes
