One can make many Indian snacks and variety of Indian chaats wit hot n spicy Ragda. The thick n spicy ragda made with dried white peas/green peas and potatoes is a key for making this tempting recipes I made this in pressure cooker n the taste comes outstanding.

Ingredients
- 1 cup peas green/white, soaked overnight - 8 hrs
- 2 onion medium, chopped
- 2 potato medium, cut into small pieces
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 green chili chopped
- 1 tsp ginger crushed
- 2 tomato medium size, chopped
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 sprig curry leaves
- 1 pinch asafoetida
- Salt as per taste
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 lemon cut into pieces
- coriander leaves chopped
- Chat masala for sprinkling

Instructions
- Wash n soaked dried peas overnight or 8hours in water
- Drain water from peas and pressure cook peas with 3 cups of fresh water, salt on 4 to 5 whistles until peas turn soft, do not drain water from cooked peas will use it when required in next steps, take out in other wok. Transfer peas in other pan.
- Heat oil in the pressure cooker add mustard seeds n cumin seeds when seeds stop crackling. Add curry leaves and asaefotida saute for 10secs. add onion and saute until light brown, add ginger, garlic n chilies saute for minute on medium flame.
- Add tomato n cook it for 3minutes. Add garam masala powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder and cook for minute
- Add cooked peas along with water which we cooked in pressure cooker
- Add potato n little salt in it (remember u already add the salt while boiling peas) again pressure cook on 3 to 4 whistle
- Open lid n mash few peas for thick gravy Add 1/2 cup of water n cook over low flame for 7 to 8 minutes
- Garnish each plates with finely chopped onion, lemon juice , coriander, sev n chat masala
