  • Sieve dry ingredients - Atta, baking powder and soda. Mix oil, sugar, dahi, thandai powder, mawa. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  • Add milk to prepare smooth batter. Add in saffron to batter.
  • Transfer batter in 6x6 inch baking dish.
  • Garnish with almonds and pistachios. Bake cake in preheated air fryer at 160 degrees for 22-25 min until toothpick comes out clean.
  • Alternatively bake in oven at 180 for 30 min. Cool down the cake completely and serve.
