Instructions
Boiled 1 liter milk and reduced it to half. Add kesar/saffron to it.
In a mixer grinder make thandai mixture with almonds, pistachios, cashews, poppy seeds, melon seeds, black pepper, fennel seeds, cardamom
Now add the mixture in the milk
Boil it for 5 more minutes and then let it cool. Keep this in fridge and serve cold or with ice cubes
Notes
It’s an easy, tasty and quick recipe for summer. Serve chilled.
