Grind cashews and cardamoms .In a pan pour desi ghee and add grinded nuts, coconut powder, nutmeg powder , raisins and melon seeds and fry till light brown.
In a wok fry mawa till light brown. Keep aside.
Take a pan add water and sugar stir it and cook it till the water dries up and come to a sticking consistency. Add mawa and fried nuts into it Take a plate and spread the mawa mixture in it in a equal level.p
Let it cool untill it becomes solid. Cut into pieces Garnish with cardamom powder .
