  • 50 gm Cashews
  • 50 gm Almonds
  • 50 gm Coconut Powder
  • 50 gm Raisins
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg Powder
  • 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 1 tbsp Melon seeds
  • 250 gm Mawa
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Desi Ghee


  • Grind cashews and cardamoms .In a pan pour desi ghee and add grinded nuts, coconut powder, nutmeg powder , raisins and melon seeds and fry till light brown.
  • In a wok fry mawa till light brown. Keep aside.
  • Take a pan add water and sugar stir it and cook it till the water dries up and come to a sticking consistency. Add mawa and fried nuts into it Take a plate and spread the mawa mixture in it in a equal level.p
  • Let it cool untill it becomes solid. Cut into pieces Garnish with cardamom powder .
