This is Bengali style recipe. Bengalis are fond of fish and fish head is more tasty then fish. I am sharing cabbage with fish head.

Ingredients
- 1 fish head
- 1 bowl chopped cabbage
- 1/4 cup green peas
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 2 bay leaves
- Chopped tomato
- Chopped jambu red chilli
- Chopped coriander leaves
- Oil for shallow fry
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Wash the head with salt and turmeric powder. Then marinate with salt and turmeric powder keep aside.
- Chop the cabbage and keep aside.
- Fry the fish head both sides should brown and cooked. Keep aside.
- Make a paste with turmeric powder, red chilli, cumin, coriander powder, garam masala and 1 tbsp water.
- Heat a pan add oil, bay leaves and pour the masala paste and ginger garlic paste. Give a stir fry.
- Add green peas, jambu red chillies and chopped cabbage. Mix all together and cover until cooked.
- After 10 minutes add fried head and gently mix. Sprinkle fresh coriander leaves. Now it is ready to serve with steamed rice.
