Once my friend called me and asked "how many kebab do you know" I told her my capability. Then she said what is mushroom kebab. I said okay I'll give you a treat. I am sharing the same recipe with you.

Ingredients
  

  • 100 gm finely chopped mushroom
  • 1 cup roasted bengal gram powder
  • 1/2 cup soaked soya granules
  • 1/2 cup onion paste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon all ground masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried mango powder
  • Oil as required
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Take a frying pan, add oil then add onion paste, fry until it turns brown.
  • Then add ginger garlic paste, finely chopped mushroom, soaked soya granules.
  • Season with salt and black pepper powder, mango powder and all ground masala as listed in the ingredient list below. Saute it. Then add roasted bengal gram powder.
  • Mix well and divide into equal size ball. . Press with both hand to give the shape of Kebab insert it into the stick.
  • Shallow fry and serve with tea/ coffee

Notes

It is as good as non veg kebab
